Friday, May 17th.
I wake up. I eat. I go to the gym, crush some hip mobility and glute activation, and then bang out a strength routine. Then, I slam some more food, shower, and send it on the bike to the movie theater to watch Avengers Endgame in IMAX 3-D. It was a sick movie. I hurry to make it to my training session with coach in time. It was a good session. I can tell that my game is getting better, more consistent.
