And on the 7th day, he rested. Today Coach and I hit the driving range where I realized just how horrendous I am at hitting a golf ball. I'm actually not too bad at putting, and sometimes I can drive the ball pretty far; just not accurately. The beach is a cheeky 5 minute walk from the flat, so during the evening I strolled over to do my mobility and hip exercises while watching the sun set.
